We’ve been delighted to continue to grow our expert team this year, and we’ve recently welcomed Dr Carlos Diaz Gil as an additional Breeding Programme Manager.
Carlos has a multidisciplinary Marine Sciences degree and a M.Sc. in Aquaculture and Fisheries from the University of Cádiz. He also holds a Ph.D. in Marine Ecology from the University of the Balearic Islands. Prior to joining Xelect he worked for Culmarex, running the research for their breeding programs, and in R&D.
